ABOUT THE FALCON
The Falcon’s new air frame and motor configuration is the new best in its class of light payloads with flight times of up to 50 minutes. This makes the Falcon ideal for small to medium farms that require the flight time of a fixed wing but the precision of a quadcopter. The capture resolution of a quad copter allowing precision mapping of more complex areas such as construction sites and open mines.
With the Long Range FPV System and Directional Antenna System rated at 12km and flexible light payloads the FALCON is a real workhorse, with the range for all your needs and features unsurpassed in its class. It is ideal for Inspection and Mapping on a budget and designed to withstand the strongest winds. The Falcon’s open source design allows for low cost maintenance and the ability to repair the system easily by yourself in the field with generic tools and a set of optional spares.

FALCON TECHNICAL FEATURES
Aircraft Telemetry & Status – The Ground Station provides you with a detailed overview of the drone’s status, such as the GPS location, Battery voltage and Altitude.
Automate with Waypoints- Fly autonomously along pre-defined flight paths and independently gather the required data.
Auto Take-off & Landing- Do not worry about take-off and landing. It is now possible to start, take-off and land the FALCON with a flick of a switch.
Photogrammetry & Mapping- Easily pre-define flight grids, after launching the FALCON, the software takes control, navigates and takes pictures according to the grid.
Virtual Fence & Safe Zones- The FALCON can be flown within its virtual shelter, from which it can´t leave the virtual pre-defined flight radius, or maximum height.
Aircraft Configuration – The Airborne app enables you to adjust functions such as: payload settings, cruise-speed, max-height and flight distance.
CONTROL IN YOUR HANDS
Manual Control- The Joystick control module enables full manual or GPS assisted control of the drone. Pilots can adjust the flight direction, payload or camera angles from the ground, according to their specific requirements.
Tablet Control – The touch screen tablet has a simple, intuitive, user interface, which enables easy navigation and flight information. Automated “take-off” and flight programming are within easy reach.
GPS Assisted Flights- The pre-programmed switches allows the pilot to switch between various flight-modes, such as: GPS/Altitude hold, coming home and landing.
Payload or Camera Control – Pilots can remotely adjust the payload’s pitch and yaw and have full control of all payload features from the ground.
Dual Operation – Focus on flight as well as view. In the dual operation mode, the system is configured with a secondary remote control unit to facilitate focus on both the flight and camera configuration. This allows users to perform safe and steady flights whilst delivering quality optimal data or imagery.
